The Centre for Devolved Governance in Africa (CEDEGA) is a non-governmental, non-profit making organization which is concerned with building capacity of devolved governance units for effective management of their affairs including delivery of services to their residents.

Training

The Centre’s multi-disciplinary teams believe that cordial coexistence, engagement and participation of enlightened stakeholders in project implementation is key to good governance and progress in any development programs

Research

The Centre’s multi-disciplinary teams carry out Research on critical policy issues compiling relevant empirical data that is used to influence and make decisions.

Development

The centre in collaboration with donors and other development partners is involved in implementation of development programs in sectors of governance, public health, waste management, water and sanitation youths and marginalized, energy, finance and economic planning.

Consultancy

The Centre is involved in consultancy services in Management, Human resources, Conflict management, Project development and implementation, Energy, Agriculture, Public health, water and sanitation, Environment, Policy formulation and Good Governance.

About Me

I’m Humphrey.
I Derive Passion in Advocating for Human Rights & Governance.

I am the founder of centre for devolved governance in Africa. A national non-governmental organization in Kenya. The centre is involved in governance human rights and justice for marginalised persons I have been in governance and correctional services for over 25 years and hold an advanced degree in public policy anthropology and political science
